HOW TO INSTALL THEMES
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1) Unzip the downloaded file to a temp directory using Winzip for Windows 95
2) Once files are unzipped, double click on the .theme file
3) Customize your settings from there

note: You don't have to purchase Microsoft Plus! in order to install the theme. 
You can download similar programs from the internet that do the exact same functions.

THEME INSTALLATION PROBLEMS
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you are having problems installing a theme, the following could
be one of your problems:

1) You don't have Microsoft Plus installed or something similar
2) You are not unzipping with a 32 bit decompression program that 
   supports long file names
